Join the Hiki Mai Ka Lā Residential Stabilization Team – Rising Together to Support Youth in Crisis
Hiki Mai Ka Lā is Child & Family Service’s Residential Stabilization Program on Oʻahu, providing short-term, trauma-responsive support to youth experiencing emotional or behavioral crises. Our program offers a safe, home-like environment where youth can stabilize, reconnect to supports, and return to their families and communities with strengthened skills and renewed hope. Our team works around the clock to create a space rooted in compassion, dignity, and culturally grounded care. Staff in this program play a meaningful role in helping youth build coping skills, increase their sense of safety, and transition successfully back to their natural supports. We are expanding our RSP team and seeking mission-driven professionals who want to make a difference every day. If you are collaborative, steady under pressure, and committed to empowering young people, we invite you to apply and join a team where your work truly matters.
