A Survivor‘s Perspective
“I’d had 20+ years of hiding, burying, and pretending everything was ok and then I found CFS when I was searching for a way to protect my kids. I took classes with CFS and there were so many others like me and it was like this connecting light, or like adding flowers to a lei, where we got to be comfortable and ease each other’s burdens. I’m very thankful for CFS and connecting with others that endured the same type of experience. The tools that I learned from the program I use daily, so it’s been beneficial for me, my family, and my friends that also see the change in me and want to tap into these resources.”
